We’re Reopening Tuesday 4th August

UPDATE 31/07/2020

Due to new government announcements we unfortunately have to postpone our reopening for 2 weeks and are hoping to open on Tuesday 18th August.

We are happy to announce we are opening on Tuesday 4th August with the first phase of our re-opening plan which will be forĀ Band RehearsalsĀ and for booking and recording sessions in theĀ Recording Studio.

We are looking forward to welcoming our customers back to The Forum, and to help ensure the safety of our staff and customers and we haveĀ implemented some changes to how we operate which are;

  • Entrance only through the car park, exit only via the front entrance
  • Hand sanitiser at the entrance and exit as well as throughout the venue
  • Enhanced cleaning
  • Signage and markers reminding customers of social distancing
  • Limited capacity in the venue
  • Customers must follow government guidelines on not mixing more then allowed number of households

For our rehearsal rooms we are implementing the following procedures;

  • Enhanced cleaning after every rehearsal
  • Perspex screens in each room for use by singers and wind instruments
  • Singers should provide their own microphones
  • Advanced booking only, booked and paid online at the time of booking

It is important that if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 you must not enter The Forum and follow the current medical guidance.

Our opening hours will be reduced to;

  • WednesdayĀ  Ā  10.00am ā€“ 10.00pm
  • ThursdayĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā 10.00am ā€“ 10.00pm
  • FridayĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  10.00am ā€“ 10.00pm
  • SaturdayĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  10.00am ā€“ 5.00pm
  • SundayĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā Closed
