All the rooms have all the equipment you need for bands to rehearse. We pride ourselves in keeping all our equipment in good working order ready to use straight away.
Everything in the room is included in the price so no hidden extra’s.
Studio One is a multi purpose digital recording studio located within The Forum Music Centre.
Running on an Apple Mac system with Pro Tools and Logic X with isolation booths and high quality microphones and pre amps.
Guided by expert engineers we will help you to record your materiel and get it sounding as best as it can.
The Song Club sessions are aimed at young aspiring musicians, performers and song writers to give an opportunity to collaborate and develop skills in music making.
The Song Club Sessions ran a successful pilot back in 2018 and has ran ever since, apart from a brief pause due to the pandemic.

The current programme is a County Durham Community Foundation funded project made possible through the iwill fund . The Song Club was piloted in 2018 with support from the County Durham Community Fund and Creative Darlington. Youth Music UK funded the programme for the following two year until early 2021.
#iwill is a UK-wide campaign that aims to make social action part of life for as many 10 to 20 year-olds as possible by the year 2020. Through collaboration and partnership, it is spreading the word about the benefits of youth social action.
The Forum Music School provides tuition in Guitar, Drums and Keyboards the lessons are suited from 7 years plus and cater for any ability, from complete beginners to aspiring professionals.
All the instruments are provided for lessons so there is no need to purchase an expensive instrument straight away.
If you’re a music teacher in need of a place to host your lessons we offer a reduced rate for our room hire.
All of our rooms are available to hire for private tuition for £7 per hour.
