Construction Update
Just a little update on whats happening at The Forum, we are well underway with buildings works, you may have seen the former shed and kitchen have been demolished and construction on the new kitchen and green room has gone vertical. As a result our car park, especially during the day has limited spaces due to a few bays being used to store materials and equipment so we are sorry for any inconvenience caused but it will be worth it in the long run.
Members Area
On the members area we have been working to try and get things up and running but we have ran into several issues which are holding things up. We are currently building a brand new website which in testing runs very smoothly with out the issues our current site faces, it’s old and bloated but in the mean time we’ve been getting as much working on our current site as we can.
For Forum events going forward members will have access to presale tickets, 2 weeks before general sale and after that we’ll keep a number of tickets aside for out members until a few weeks before the event. At this moment we are unable to send automatic notifications when these go on sale but this should be fixed when moving to our new website but all the events that has presale/member reservation tickets will be shown in the members area.
Event Planning & Ideas | Members Evening
We’d like to invite you to an informal get-together on Wednesday, 30th July from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
This will be a great opportunity to share your ideas for live events and to learn more about how we plan and cost them.
The evening will start with a short presentation on our event budgeting process, followed by a Q&A session. After that, we’ll open the floor for a relaxed discussion where you can chat with the team and each other about event ideas.
