The film is a documentary/drama that details how the first steam powered passenger line came into being. \nWritten and directed by award winning Witton Park born filmmaker Michael Smith\, and produced by the Tees Valley International Film Festival\, the film tells the story of a lesser known aspect of the world’s first passenger railway.
